The draw for the 3rd MNFC EMPIRE CUP is done. Ten clubs, two groups of five, and a knockout to finish — all on Sunday 1 November at Sarah Redfern Playing Fields, Minto.
The groups for the 3rd MNFC EMPIRE CUP were confirmed today. Ten clubs from across Sydney's Nepalese football community will meet in the 35+, 9-a-side tournament on Sunday 1 November at Sarah Redfern Playing Fields, Guernsey Ave, Minto.

How it works
Every team plays the others in its group, with matches of two 12-minute halves. The top two in each group go through to the semi-finals: group winners meet the other group's runners-up. Then the final. Teams report at 7:00am, and the first kick-off is at 8:00am.
What's at stake
- Champions: $3,500
- Runners-up: $1,500
- Best Player, Best Goalkeeper and Highest Scorer: $150 each
- Fair Play Team: trophy
